Private Hire

Pizza Persé seats 28, and we take whole-restaurant bookings for groups of 18 or more. Private hire works on a minimum spend plus a venue fee (covering 3 hours of exclusive use). It's available for weekday lunch and dinner and weekend lunch; weekend dinner depends on availability. Please book at least 7 days ahead and tell us your group size, date and budget. We'll reply within one working day.

Private Hire FAQ

Q1. How many people can a private hire take?

The restaurant seats 28, up to a maximum of 32. Groups of 18 or more can book the whole restaurant.

Q2. How is private hire charged?

A minimum spend plus a venue fee.

  • Minimum spend: set according to the group size and time slot. Your food and drink orders just need to reach that amount.
  • Venue fee: covers 3 hours of exclusive use of the whole restaurant.

We'll give you the amounts when you contact us.

Q3. Can we order from the regular menu? Are the prices the same?

Yes. Private hire uses our regular menu and prices, and other dishes can be arranged on request. Food is ordered in advance. If you'd like help putting the order together, we can plan it around your group size and budget.

  • Weekday lunch and weekday dinner: available
  • Weekend lunch: available
  • Weekend dinner: depends on availability, please ask first

Each booking is normally 3 hours. If you need longer, please let us know in advance.

Q5. How far ahead should we book?

At least 7 days ahead. For weekends and public holidays we suggest 14 days.

Q6. What are the deposit and cancellation rules?

Once your booking is confirmed, please pay a deposit within 3 days. The deposit is the full venue fee and is deducted from the bill on the day.

  • Cancel 7 or more days before the event: full refund of the deposit
  • Cancel 3 to 6 days before: 50% of the deposit refunded
  • Cancel within 2 days, or no-show: deposit not refunded
Q7. What if our numbers change?

Please confirm your final numbers no later than 2 days before the event. Numbers can go up to a maximum of 32. Fewer guests do not change the confirmed minimum spend or venue fee.

Q8. Can we bring our own cake or wine?
  • Cake: yes.
  • Your own wine: yes, with a glass service charge of NT$150 per glass, which includes the wine glass and opening. Each glass served counts once, whether or not you change wines.
  • Bottles of wine ordered here: up to 4 glasses per bottle; from the 5th glass, NT$150 per glass.
  • We can't serve other drinks brought in, such as beer, spirits or sake.
  • Broken wine glasses: NT$300 each.
Q9. Can we decorate?

Simple decorations are fine (balloons, table flowers, a small backdrop). Please don't use nails or strong tape. There is no projector or sound system.
